Survivor Philippines: What?! May gusto na mag-backout?!

i've been reading the updates on the newest reality gameshow on Phil TV and also able to catch it last night. buti nalang hindi pa nagTribal Council kagabi. kawawa naman yung matatanggal agad, pano kung hindi pa sya masyado nag-epal sa TV dba?

may nagsasabing Extra Challenge finale daw ito. so what? inggit na naman ang other stations dyan dahil malaking franchise na naman ang nakuha ng GMA. and i doubt na mababa ang ratings nyan. and i didn't expect much of a bonggang production.

very interesting castaways. though may nakikita ka ngang soon-to-be artista. but it was exciting. for now it was boys vs. girls (jarakay vs naak, names of tribes) and boys outbeat the gals, reason for them to have the reward on the first challenge.

tonight is search for food for survival and we got to know more of the castaways. who's your bet?
look at the hotness meter sa site nila.

MOKKE IN ACTION: NEXT EVENT

Mokkepeeps,

GO GO GO!

Death along the river

It was a rainy evening. I was walking with my friends Darren, Rina, and Morris from Riverbanks alongside the river of Marikina. We don't usually walk from there to the Riverpark because of the great distance. But it was surely a stress-reliever and we get to chat along the way.

The trail was not as developed as today. It was a bamboo forest and all we hear are crickets, flowing water and little breeze but I tell you it is not a cozy one. Instead, we tell spooky stories to scare ourselves but we all laugh when someone spills a joke on it. To make ourselves feel that there's nothing to be scared about.

We tripped, climbed, somehow slipped, and we helped each other to pass the trail. The rain poured harder but we don't have any umbrella to cover us. So we let ourselves get wet and then went under a shade when we found one. When it calmed down, we managed to continue walking until we reached the end of it.

At the exit, we are still scaring the heck out of us and I was also calmed when we see people walking at the exit. Suddenly a scythe appeared on my site. The image completed when I saw DEATH in person. The scare in me grew stronger as I thought as I was the only one seeing it. It came closer and closer. Then I screamed at the top of my voice, "Morris!" I went at the back of my friends as we pass him.

They are looking at me clueless and they told me it was a just man in costume. TOINK!

Until now I remember this story and it was the object of laughter of my friends when Halloween arrives.

Plurk tayo!

i've just created my Plurk account yesterday and i realized that i got hooked now. i post shoutouts on real time and get replies on real time too. hmm, better than YM? i think not. but i can update my friends on my other sites.

one cute feature of Plurk is that it has this Filipino option where all other statements on the site go Tagalised. your profile and all content translates to our native language. speaking of profile, we know all the blah-blahs from your name, etc. and just like friendster, even your civil status. when i chose to Tagalise my profile, this came on:

bastus din tong Plurk na to a! OO na! NAG-IISA NA KUNG NAG-IISA! d naman ako malungkot! :P nakaka-Plurkey to!

jamond pill

finally i had my diamond peel from the voucher my sister gave me months ago at slimmer's world. i had this scheduled supposedly last friday but the rain stops me to go. i wanted to give the free vouchers (yes, free kaya patulan na diba? hehe..) to somebody else but i thought of the regret of giving them away.

then last tuesday, the slots are fully-booked so i had it re-scheduled last night. this was my very first facial treatment, aside from the regular cleanser rituals at home. a little pain when the apparatus scrapes my face but a bit i'm satisfied with the outcome. my face turned smoother and the bumps are gone. they applied some lotion after the scraping thing, by the way.

afterwards, the attendant and i had a little talk and offered me their promos. they have the gym membership and the skincare membership na tumataginting na 12k!!! but the promo price has been cut down to 6k (still very expensive for me) and they gave me an option that i may use my credit card. the thing is, i am not using my card(s) anymore to get out of debt. but for a 6k package which includes visits and treatments, i think that pretty much reasonable and cheap.

maybe i'll try the gym next time.
