OK! Magazine is not ok with Michael Jackson cover

OK! Magazine has released a poor cover of Michael Jackson's dead body on the recent issue of the publication. the magazine has paid $500 000 for releasing the insensitive photo.

tsk tsk. these kind of people really don't know how to pay proper respect.

but in other news, the will of Michael Jackson has already been filed to court and the riches will go to family trust. this was already been done by Michael years before and now let's ask no questions on what goes to whom.

Michael Jackson's body has been transferred to Neverland for public viewing on Friday.

Michael Jackson's autopsy photos spreading the internet

there are rumors spreading that the autopsy photos of Michael Jackson have been spreading the internet. the King of Pop recently died due to cardiac arrest on June 25 2009 at his home in LA with a still unknown cause.

it has been reported that there is NO FOUL PLAY on Michael Jackson's death but as mandatory in the US to investigate with the death of a high-profile personality, an autopsy has been done. newest reports say on an AP exclusive that the King of Pop has requested Diprivan, a sleep drug, days prior his death. the drug may be harmful to the health in case taken excessively.

i'd like to say to these people who have been spreading this to stop it and pay respect to Michael Jackson and his family. just remember him as a true music legend and a great influence to everyone. whatever the results of the autopsy may be, let's just respect and accept his loss as is.

let's remember every great person with the great things they've done and contributed to the people.

A(H1N1) or Dengue?

the scare for A(H1N1) became widespread all over the world and we are all doing our ways to escape and/or eradicate it. with proper diet and medicines being developed, still the virus is unstoppable. with the changing weather conditions and a little abnormal in my lifestyle lately, i almost suspected that i caught it. i had flu for 3 days now and i've been trying to strengthen my immune system once again by taking the prescribed meds and eating right.

but we should not all be focusing on A(H1N1) virus alone. we should be aware too that this is also the time of dengue spread. though this is only transferred through a mosquito bite, we might be forgetting that this also starts with a common flu.

i myself have been a victim of dengue when i was 20. i caught it when i took care of my brothers who got it a week prior. i had the fastest time to recover for we already know how to deal with it. a lot of fluids and of course, vitamin C for your immune system. in just 3 days, i was discharged off the hospital.

i am experiencing flu right now and my temperature rises and drops down. i certainly hope that this was not A(H1N1) for i have not encountered a victim yet. and as i turn back to the symptoms of both flu-related sicknesses, the only thing i've got are the muscle pains and headaches.

A(H1N1) symptoms:
Cough
Congestion
Nasal Congestion
Nausea/Vomiting
Diarrhea
Body aches
Joint Pains
Fevers
Sore throat
Headaches
Fatigue
Decreased energy
Rarely death in more severe cases, especially from pneumonia.

Dengue symptoms:
High continuous fever lasting for 2-7 days
Nausea/vomiting
Abdominal pain
Body weakness
Bleeding tendencies from nose and gums
Persistent red spots on the face, extremities and trunks

we always believe that prevention is better than cure. so we start with a clean living environment, taking care of our health and eating right.

right now i am taking what the doctor has prescribed. hopefully, i am fully recovered by monday for work. gosh, i really miss a lot!

Michael Jackson dies at 50

i am not unfamiliar with the name. in fact, i was one of those children that grew up with Billy Jean, Bad, and Thriller. Michael Jackson is a household name and probably the generation coming after our time would only see him as the child molester, the cosmetic patient and big money.

this morning i less heard that the King of Pop had passed away and i was hoping that this was just a dream. until later on that everybody was buzzing and it was confirmed at the UCLA Hospital that Michael Jackson is dead on thursday afternoon on the US (August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009). suddenly i came running back through the events that happened in his life and of course the music of the true legend.

he has been making music even before i was alive and my parents have been enjoying his music since then. a lot of revivals from his songs have been made like Boyzone's Ben and Mariah Carey's I'll Be There.

lately on this year's American Idol, Michael Jackson's music has been the theme for the Top 13 and it was a great privilege for them to sing his songs. also last year, Filipinos stand tall for reliving Michael Jackson's Thriller as Cebu inmates danced to the tune. his only record that soared to 100 million copies sold!

i remember that we had copies of his videos and cassettes and still i got the chills for the production of Thriller. and still i can't help myself stomping my feet to Michael Jackson's dance tunes. and he produces music videos that always come up like movies. indeed he got so many influenced by his moonwalk and other things in regard to his music.

despite all the troubles that he underwent these couple of years, Michael Jackson's legacy to the music industry will always be remembered. Michael Jackson is an accomplished man but it is a sad goodbye.
