See essential dive data at a glance with the Descent X30 large-format dive computer from Garmin

Eco-friendly dive computer with a large, vivid display helps recreational divers explore with confidence
Garmin has launched the Descent X30, an easy-to-read, large-format dive computer with an eco-friendly design. Featuring a vibrant 2.4-inch display and a housing and bezel made with recycled ocean-bound plastics, Descent X30 is ready for your next dive – with large leakproof metal buttons, a 10 ATM dive rating, and up to 30 hours of battery life. It also includes support for multiple dive profiles and new NDL Aware™ depth metrics to help divers explore for longer.
“We understand how important it is for recreational divers to have a large, bright display that is easy to read while below the surface. The Descent X30 does just that with a rugged design, vivid screen and essential dive features; it’s the perfect companion for those who enjoy taking in the beauty of the underwater world.”

—Susan Lyman, Garmin Vice President of Consumer Sales and Marketing
Dive-ready design
  • Large color display: Quickly see detailed dive data and custom dive screens on a 2.4-inch display.
  • Eco-friendly materials: 100 percent of the plastic used in the housing and bezel is made with recycled ocean-bound plastics.
  • Leakproof metal buttons: Easily navigate between screens when underwater—even while wearing gloves.
  • Flip-screen mode: Orient the buttons on either the top or the bottom of the device to easily operate in conjunction with other dive gear.
Dive with greater awareness
Descent X30 offers a suite of features that help divers make the most of their bottom time. New NDL Aware depth metrics work in real-time to show how specific depth changes can impact the NDL (no-decompression limit).

Surface GPS lets divers navigate to dive sites, start the dive right on target and review their dives in the Garmin Dive ™ app, while a 3-axis digital compass helps divers navigate precisely throughout the dive.

While underwater, divers can maintain situational awareness with audible and vibration alerts and use the dynamic depth chart to see a real-time graph of their depth and a projected ascent plan that includes safety or decompression stops. Descent X30 can also help divers interested in going beyond the recreational limits with support for multi-gas dive profiles, including trimix. And when paired with an inReach ® satellite communicator and dive case, divers can remotely trigger an SOS message while above the surface.

Available now, Descent X30 has a suggested retail price of PHP 44,690. For more information on Garmin’s full dive lineup, visit https://ph.garmin.com/products/wearables/?cat=diving.

Take steps towards a healthier lifestyle with the Venu 4 from Garmin

Advanced health and fitness smartwatch tracks health trends and lifestyle changes, introduces Garmin Fitness Coach plans to help users hold themselves accountable—all with impressive battery life
Garmin has announced the Venu ® 4, its latest smartwatch in the award-winning Venu lineup with innovative new health, fitness and accessibility features. To help users understand their body better and make healthier decisions, Venu 4 lets them track their health trends and log lifestyle changes to see how their choices affect their overall well-being. It also features a stylish metal design, built-in speaker and mic and a bright LED flashlight that provides greater awareness in dark environments. And with up to 12 days of battery life in smartwatch mode, users don’t have to charge their watch every night, making it easier to monitor health metrics 24/7 and receive a more holistic view of their sleep, heart rate variability (HRV), Body Battery™ energy monitoring, and more.

“We designed Venu 4 to be a personal on-wrist fitness and wellness coach. This premium smartwatch helps users learn even more about their body, provides data-driven insights into how their choices are affecting their health and holds them accountable so they can reach their goals with greater ease.” — Susan Lyman, Garmin Vice President of Consumer Sales and Marketing

What’s new in:

Health
  • Health status: See whether health metrics like heart rate, HRV, respiration, skin temperature and Pulse Ox while sleeping are trending away from their usual range. These changes could indicate added stress to the body and could be related to physical activity, potential illness and more. This feature is currently available in beta 3 on the watch and in Garmin Connect™.
  • Lifestyle logging: Log custom or preset behaviors – like caffeine and alcohol consumption – and view reports on how those lifestyle choices impact sleep, stress and HRV in the Garmin Connect app.
  • Advanced sleep metrics: Sleep alignment provides even more personalized sleep guidance by keeping track of how aligned the body is to its inner sleep cycle using circadian rhythm. Sleep consistency provides a look at the average bedtime over the past seven days.
Fitness
The new Garmin Fitness Coach provides personalized workouts for over 25 different fitness activities – from walking and indoor cycling to rowing, HIIT and more. These heart rate and duration-based workouts will adjust daily based on activity history, sleep and recovery. Users can set up a Garmin Fitness Coach plan to receive tailored workouts and track their progress in the Garmin Connect app. If users don’t set up a plan, they will still get daily suggested workouts for different fitness activities. For those doing several activities in one workout, the mixed session activity profile tracks multiple activities in one session rather than saving separate activities.

Accessibility
  • Spoken watch face: Hear time of day, health data and more spoken directly from the watch and receive alerts at the top of every hour.
  • Color filter: Users with various forms of color blindness can choose different color display options – including gray scale, red/green, green/red or blue/yellow.
Stylish design, premium features
Featuring a sophisticated metal design, Venu 4 is available in two sizes, 41mm and 45mm, and comes in fun colorways – like lunar gold and light sand or silver and citron – with leather or silicone bands that can easily be swapped out. Both sizes feature a built-in LED flashlight for greater visibility in the dark, plus a speaker and microphone to make and take calls from the watch when it’s paired with a compatible iPhone ® or Android™ smartphone and use the phone’s voice assistant to respond to text messages. Certain voice commands, like “start a running activity” and “set timer for 5 minutes” can also be activated right from the watch—no phone connected required.

To support every goal, Venu 4 includes Garmin’s suite of health, fitness and connected features, including HRV status, Body Battery, women’s health tracking (including skin temperature for past ovulation estimates and improved period predictions) 4 , the Garmin ECG App5, workout benefit and recovery time, training readiness, wrist-based running dynamics, smart notifications, onboard music storage, safety and tracking features and more.

Available to purchase starting October 17, 2025, Venu 4 has a suggested retail price of PHP 33,290 and may be purchased in all Garmin Brand Stores and online through the official Garmin Stores online in Kinetic, Shopee, and Lazada.

Rest easy with the Index Sleep Monitor smart sleep band from Garmin

Lightweight band tracks sleep stages, HRV status, breathing variations, skin temperature and more—all while maximizing comfort

Garmin has announced the Index™ Sleep Monitor, an ultra-comfortable and lightweight smart sleep band that tracks sleep for a more comprehensive view of overall fitness and recovery. Featuring up to 7 nights of battery life with continuous Pulse Ox tracking, the Index Sleep Monitor is worn on the upper arm and tracks sleep stages, heart rate variability (HRV) status, breathing variations, skin temperature and more to calculate a sleep score for users and provide valuable insights about their health. After a night of sleep, the data seamlessly syncs to the Garmin Connect™ smartphone app and can be combined with metrics from a compatible Garmin smartwatch to fill in gaps in data for users who don’t wear their watch at night or are looking to better understand how well they recovered.

“We are thrilled to add the Index Sleep Monitor to our suite of innovative health and wellness products. Wearing this smart sleep band every night can provide in-depth sleep insights and a more complete picture of fitness and recovery so users can wake up ready to seize the day.” — Susan Lyman, Garmin Vice President of Consumer Sales and Marketing

Rest and recover
Throughout the night, the Index Sleep Monitor tracks the following sleep and recovery metrics, which can then be viewed on the Garmin Connect app:

  • Sleep score: Every morning, receive a personalized score (0-100) for last night’s sleep based on sleep duration, stress, sleep stages and more.
  • Sleep stages: View light, deep and REM sleep stages and when they occur during the night.
  • HRV status: See the previous night’s average HRV and status (balanced, unbalanced, low or poor). After several nights of wear, the smart sleep band will establish a personal baseline to help provide a better understanding of recovery and overall wellness.
  • Pulse Ox: Track blood oxygen saturation during sleep.
  • Breathing variations: Used in conjunction with Pulse Ox, view and better understand shifts in breathing patterns while sleeping.
  • Respiration: View respiration rates throughout the night.
  • Skin temperature: Track skin temperature changes, which can be related to recent activity, sleep environment, potential illness and more.
  • Women’s health tracking: Using skin temperature, women can get more insights into their menstrual cycle, including improved period predictions and past ovulation estimates. Women can also track their menstrual cycle or pregnancy and get exercise and nutrition education in the Garmin Connect app.
  • Body Battery TM energy monitoring: View energy levels to see if the body is charged or needs more rest. Users who wear a compatible smartwatch while awake can get a more complete picture of their energy levels—day and night.
  • Stress tracking: See if last night’s sleep was calm, balanced or stressful.

When it’s time to wake up, the smart wake alarm feature looks at lighter sleep stages during a pre-selected window of time to gently wake users with a light vibration so they feel more refreshed.

Available in two sizes (S-M and L-XL), the Index Sleep Monitor is easy to clean; just remove the module and toss the band into the washing machine on the gentle cycle. It is for PHP 10,290.00 and available via official Garmin Stores online in Kinetic, Shopee, and Lazada and in all Garmin Brand Stores and Garmin Specialty Stores. Garmin launches Next-Gen Smartwatches and Heart Rate Monitor for performance-driven athletes

Equipped with new training tools, insights, and connected features

Garmin has announced three new performance products designed to help athletes reach new personal bests: the Forerunner ® 570 and Forerunner ® 970 GPS running and triathlon smartwatches, and the HRM 600, a premium heart rate monitor that delivers advanced data and versatility. These next-generation devices work seamlessly together, offering new ways to train, track, and recover with precision—all designed with Garmin’s hallmark durability and athlete-first innovation.

Together, these launches expand the Garmin ecosystem for performance-driven athletes, offering richer data insights, greater workout flexibility, and smarter recovery metrics, whether you're gearing up for a race or fine-tuning their performance in the gym.

Forerunner 570 and Forerunner 970: Built to Go the Distance

Featuring Garmin’s brightest AMOLED display yet, the new Forerunner smartwatches deliver brilliant visuals on the run. Athletes can access advanced training tools, health stats and smart features with ease.

To help athletes achieve their goals, the Forerunner 570 includes advanced running metrics like training status, wrist-based running power and running dynamics, acute load, training effect, performance condition, VO2 max, and more. Every morning, athletes can see their training readiness score based on sleep quality, recovery, and training load so they know whether it’s a good day to go hard or take it easy.

Runners can also view the daily suggested workout that is made specifically for them and that adapts after every run to take into account their performance and recovery, or use Garmin Coach training plans for running, cycling, and strength to train for their next event. When running outdoors, athletes can execute their race day strategy using PacePro™ – grade-adjusted pacing guidance – and train with confidence knowing that SatIQ™ technology and multi-band GPS will provide superior positioning accuracy while optimizing battery life.

Outside of a run, Forerunner 570 can track key health and wellness stats, including sleep score, Body Battery™ energy monitoring, stress, menstrual cycle, pregnancy, and more to help athletes keep an eye on their health. It can also track heart rate variability (HRV) status so athletes can better understand their overall health and how their body is navigating the challenges of life and environment.

Forerunner 570 is available in two sizes – 42mm and 47mm – and features an aluminum bezel and fun new colorways, like raspberry with a translucent bone/mango band, amp yellow with a translucent whitestone/turquoise band, and indigo with a translucent imperial purple/indigo band. Both sizes are available for PHP 33,490 beginning June 16.

Forerunner 970

Designed for those determined to break their own personal records, Forerunner 970 builds upon Forerunner 570 by adding built-in mapping. Whether running on city streets or riding through densely covered trails, Forerunner 970 includes full-color built-in mapping to help athletes stay on track. Before heading out, create or find existing courses in Garmin Connect and seamlessly sync them to the watch to get turn-by-turn directions. While exploring, enter a distance on the watch and receive suggested routes to stay on track and on time with dynamic round-trip routing.

Featuring a 47mm case size, Forerunner 970 is available in popular color options like carbon gray DLC titanium with a black/translucent whitestone band, titanium with a whitestone/translucent amp yellow band and soft gold titanium with a french gray/translucent indigo band. Available beginning June 16 for PHP 45,690.

Order your new Forerunner 570 and Forerunner 970 smartwatch via official Garmin Stores online in Kinetic, Shopee, and Lazada. The watches will also be made available in-store in all Garmin Brand Stores and Garmin Specialty Stores starting June 16.

What’s new in Garmin Connect

With a Forerunner 570 or Forerunner 970, athletes receive access to the following features in Garmin Connect, including Garmin Triathlon Coach training plans, custom multisport workouts and past ovulation estimates. Additionally, when athletes add a course to their event in Garmin Connect, they can now enable auto lap by timing gates, suggested finish line and projected race time predictor.

HRM 600: Garmin’s Next-Gen Heart Rate Monitor

To get the most out of either smartwatch, Garmin introduces its most advanced heart rate monitor yet.

The Garmin HRM 600 provides accurate heart rate readings, while also tracking heart rate variability (HRV), and sends that information to compatible Garmin smartwatches, cycling computers, and apps – allowing users to see their training data in real time. New features like added running dynamics 1 , activity recording without a watch and a rechargeable battery can help athletes take their training to the next level, while two new strap sizes can help them find their most ideal fit.

It also includes:

● Expanded running dynamics: The new step speed loss feature tells runners with the newly released Forerunner 970 how much they slow down when their foot hits the ground. Runners can also improve their form with existing running dynamics like stride length, vertical oscillation and ground contact time balance – all of which are available with select smartwatches, like the new Forerunner 570.

● Activity recording: From team sports like basketball and soccer, to activities when a smartwatch can’t be worn, record workout data – including heart rate, calories, speed, distance and more – and view it afterwards in the Garmin Connect™ app.

● Rechargeable battery: Get up to 2 months of battery life with every charge.

● Functional design: With the press of a button, easily wake and pair the heart rate monitor. Plus, the LED light will indicate when it’s awake, when the battery is running low and more.

● Connectivity: Transmit real-time heart rate and HRV data to compatible Garmin smartwatches, Edge® cycling computers and fitness equipment – plus apps like Garmin Connect and the Tacx™ Training app.

● Activity tracking: Track steps, calories burned, heart rate, intensity minutes and more without a smartwatch, then sync to Garmin Connect to update all compatible Garmin devices.

● Comfortable fit: The easily adjustable strap comes in two new sizes (XS-S and M-XL) to fit a range of body types. For added convenience, the module is removable and the strap is machine washable.
