1. Join the Laban Tayo Dyan! Paramihan Challenge group on Multiply (paramihanchallenges.multiply.com).
2. Record a video performing a Paramihan Challenge of your choice.
3. Upload your entry as a Video Post on the Paramihan Challenge group on Multiply.

- Select your video file from your PC, record using Multiply Video Recorder, or Import videos using external sites.

from it's launch last May 15 2009 at the Datu Lanai pool area of Legend Villas, we also have attempted our own stunt to join the Paramihan Challenge. we tried to fit as many bloggers as we can in an inflatable pool. it was fun trying to fit 36 bloggers for some cash prize! hehe
