KUNG FU PANDA 3 movie review

Probably the best in the Kung Fu Panda series yet, Kung Fu Panda 3 is a great completion of Po in pursuit of his identity and sealing his affirmation of being the Dragon Warrior as prophesied by Master Oogway (Randall Duk Kim). This iconic family animated masterpiece will be in Philippine theaters starting March 9 and here are the big reasons why you should see it.
With the existing antics by Po (Jack Black) and the powerful Furious 5: Tigress (Angelina Jolie), Crane (David Cross), Viper (Lucy Liu), Mantis (Seth Rogen), Monkey (Jackie Chan), together with Master Shi Fu (Dustin Hoffman), you will still be served with more comedy, more inspiration, more action and more!

The reunion between Po and Li is an emotional roller coaster and you will also have the feels for the goose father, Mr. Ping. Po's search for his identity is really had its good and sad sides but then you'll understand both of them.

It's cuteness overload! From the little bunnies from the Valley of Peace, we will travel to the secret Panda Village where you will see more pandas popping from everywhere! You will be all eyes on the young pandas and be more surprised that when I learned that Team Brangelina voiced these little dumplings!

Lastly, there are very deep teachings that Master Oogway has shared to us that will Po help us to realize. It will make Po level up his potentials and upgrades himself as a Dragon Warrior. He is more glorious and I like it. Now that he is not just a protector of the physical world, but also the spirit realm where he is the most amazing thing that happened in the movie! I literally cried when I see Po glowing with power and all and mastering new kung fu techniques, haha! It was definitely a glorious action scene against Kai (JK Simmons) in saving kung fu.

You definitely have to see Kung Fu Panda 3 and just enjoy it. I still hope that the story will continue now that he finds another Panda in the village. Would you like to see him have a child? I do. :)

CHINESE ZODIAC movie review

Jackie Chan is set to collect the twelve bronze zodiac heads and make a fortune out of it in Star Cinema's Chinese Zodiac opening January 30 in theaters nationwide.
since ancient artifacts cost a fortune, modern businessmen are collecting these Chinese Zodiac heads for their own collection. but militant groups like these artifacts to be returned to their own homelands especially the zodiac heads which are about to get auctioned. Asian Hawk (Jackie Chan) aims to collect these artifacts for his living and reproduces it for collectors around the world. in the adventure of having all the bronze heads together, resistance came through with pirates, police and syndicates altogether.
if you're a fan of Jackie Chan, you're definitely going to watch this. but his action were still the same. amazing in his age to manage his stunts and tricks. joined with other big Asian stars, the movie was for the new age of Asian audience which is good. the plot and character development is a Jackie Chan signature, you'll laugh and will soon pity him in his terrible accidents. in the addition with the foreign actors like
Oliver Platt, you'll have an automatic assumption that there is a syndicate going on.

THE KARATE KID movie review

know something about China in THE KARATE KID. the nature and the culture clashed with Dre Parker's life. getting in the zone with hip hop Dre made him struggle to find friends. easiest was to get an enemy named Cheng whom he discovered is a black belter in a martial arts school that teaches no mercy to its students. Dre got his time beaten up and saved by an unlikely person in the neighborhood -- the maintainance man, Mr. Han. Mr. Han tried to make peace with the adviser of Cheng. but otherwise, they were challenged by joining in a tournament.

with some help from Mr. Han, Dre trained himself in the art of Kung Fu. and Mr. Han didn't teach him to beat others but to regain honor for his name. pissed off in the training process but Mr. Han saw Dre's dedication. and during the tournament, Dre found himself in a winning surprise.

i like this movie better than the original one. Jaden got his humor from his dad, Will. you will be awed by China's great surroundings. you can also learn a lot from Jackie Chan's teachings in Kung Fu. and the techniques Jaden used were awesome during the tournament. compared to the original Karate Kid, getting Jaden in the cast gets exciting and powerful. i hope there will be a part 2 and even a third one.

THE KARATE KID will throw kicks and punches in the Philippines starting Friday, June 11th 2010, by Columbia Pictures.
