The highly anticipated trailer for Wicked: For Good has finally arrived, offering fans a captivating glimpse into the concluding chapter of the Witches of Oz saga. Directed by Jon M. Chu, this sequel to the 2024 hit Wicked continues the journey of Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda (Ariana Grande) as their intertwined destinies reach a dramatic climax.

Set to premiere on November 21, 2025, Wicked: For Good picks up immediately after the events of the first film, delving deeper into the complex relationship between Elphaba and Glinda. The trailer showcases pivotal moments from the second act of the Broadway musical, including Glinda's wedding, the arrival of Dorothy, and Elphaba's transformation into the Wicked Witch of the West.

Musically, the trailer teases powerful renditions of iconic songs such as “No Good Deed” and the emotionally charged duet “For Good,” highlighting the evolving bond and conflict between the two protagonists. Composer Stephen Schwartz has also contributed original songs for the sequel, promising fresh musical experiences for audiences.

Visually, the film expands beyond the confines of Shiz University, exploring the broader political and social landscape of Oz. The trailer features dramatic scenes of betrayal, magic, and looming conflict, with glimpses of Dorothy and her companions, as well as public hysteria against Elphaba.

The returning cast includes Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard, Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, and Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, adding depth to the narrative as alliances shift and tensions escalate. Director Jon M. Chu emphasizes a more emotional and consequence-laden sequel, calling it a story of soul-searching and reckoning with difficult decisions.

As anticipation builds for the film's release, the trailer has stirred high expectations among fans, promising a dramatic and heartfelt cinematic experience that delves into themes of friendship, loyalty, and the complex aftermath of standing up for one's beliefs.

With its blend of familiar moments and fresh surprises, Wicked: For Good is poised to deliver a spectacular and emotionally resonant finale to the beloved Witches of Oz saga.
