fitness for the third week!

for a better experience of the disciplines in the upcoming Subic Fitness Festival on November 15-17 at Subic, Zambales, we are having two pocket events bringing back Circuit Warz and Table Tennis.
on Friday, the TATAPHIL will train your eye and muscle coordination with key learnings of Table Tennis. at 6pm onwards, the members of the Philippine team will tell the secrets of their success in this sport. see them at the PSC Rizal Stadium in Manila for a free session.

Circuit Warz comes back to test your speed, endurance and strength as Reijo Del Prado gives an in-depth session and better understanding to those who want to conquer their limits. i tried it before and now will try to see if i can do it better. FTX Gym in Makati is the place at 4PM - 9PM, Saturday.

on Sunday, September 22, learn how to defend yourself even without weapons as Krav Maga will teach coordination of the mind and muscle in times of danger. see you at the FTX Gym at 1PM - 4PM and have yourself ready to take on the streets.

a new Subic-style fitness weekend

at the half of September as we start the -Ber months, the Subic Fit Fest will let us experience another 3 fitness disciplines that will encourage every Juan to be fit.

on Friday, September 13, Coach Kenn Colubio will help us relive stress and relieve body pains, prevent injuries from bad posture and achieve tight waistline and more with Pilates! the approach also has been scientifically-proven to strengthen the core, improve blood circulation and body posture. the Pilates class will be held at the Options Studio, 15F, Tower 1, RCBC Plaza, Ayala cor. Gil Puyat Avenues, Makati City.

an energetic Kettle Bell session will be commenced at the USPC Sports Performance Center at Pasig City, hosted by the Philippine Kettle Club. as a form of body building, kettle work out will feature core exercises and techniques from the ground up.

for a whole cardio that can go smashing at Manila, Table Tennis class will be held on Sunday, September 15 at the PSC Rizal Stadium. Spins and Burn program to be held at 5PM-9PM headed by Ting Ledesma, the muscle and eye coordination event on paddling, swinging and smashing pings and pongs as a sample of the SubicFitFest experience.
