Tanghalan Ateneo ends season with Shakespeare's Macbeth

On its 42nd Theater Season, Adaptation | Pagbabanyuhay: Bagong Anyo ng Buhay, Tanghalang Ateneo, the longest-running theater company of the Loyola Schools, is proud to present M.45, the forty-five minute climax of “Makbetamaximus: Theatre of Destruction”, a 30-day deconstruction of William Shakespeare’s “The Tragedy of Macbeth” as translated by National Artist Rolando S. Tinio.

M.45 boils, bubbles, & burns a bitches’ brew that pushes the boundaries of theatre both live & online. The ingredients are the “29 Days of Sodomo Robotbot” performances featuring more than 200 artists from April 12 to May 10, served with the main course, "Pakbet Da Muzikal", a new rap musical written by Layeta Bucoy, conceptualized & directed by Khavn.

M.45 opens in a post-pandemic carinderia somewhere between Mondomanila & Ilocandia, where the streets of purgatory run red with pig’s blood & chicken feet. The animal mascots that once lusted for power have now been roasted & desecrated. The fountainhead of the performance is Ferdz Pakbet who mistakes fake news for a prophecy & starts rolling heads down the chopping board while getting high on the latest pesticide. Vengeance abounds as threats of drug lords and the dead infiltrate the feast.

Pakbet becomes a headless horse running around the stage, copulating with ghosts as the DJ crashes cymbals to signal cannibal time. Castration is the suicidal wife of back-stabbing, front-stabbing, &side-stabbing. Abandon ambition. Time for graves to spit out spears. Be our VIP & fine dine with us at M.45: All You Need To Make A Play Is Macbeth & A Gun!

M.45 features a cast composed of the Tanghalang Ateneo ensemble—namely Deivid Encarcion, Jam Binay, Nicole Chua, Francesca Dela Cruz, Robert Bradly Hao, Carlos Hombrebueno, Mikaela Regis, Austin Gonzales, Coco Pineda, and Kyle Tan—and alumni, alongside guest actors Bryan Bacalso, Soc Delos Reyes, Lester Abuel, Juan Julian Barrion, Bea Racoma. It also features beats by Caliph8 & Lowkey.

The show dates of M.45 shall be June 12, 14, 17, and 19, 2021. Tickets are worth Php 200 for general viewing and Php 300 for general viewing coupled with the souvenir program, which is inclusive of the additional service charge. What's up with Google? Google mo lang.

Found this link via Facebook and I really got interested in this very exciting game. Google actually serves you all its features by using the powerful search engine, Google. It makes you create your own "The Perfect Night" story with the Philippines' most influential online stars, Bogart the Explorer, Mikey Bustos, Spongecola, (I think, a group of guys is Chicser) and Erwan Heusaff.
The page let's you answer the celebs' questions by finding everything in Google. For example, Bogart asks you to give the population of the Philippines in 1990 and the answer is just a click away. As the story goes, you will find the others and they will ask you questions that are answerable by a Google away.
Answer to Bogart's question:

I missed those books that lets you choose alternate sequences and endings. This Google campaign is not only fun but very informative. Kudos.

After you completed all questions, you will receive badges so you can keep playing on it to complete all 8! Plus the phrase "Google mo lang" is very much distinct in their lines and it is very catchy.

Complete the game here: http://google.com.ph/campaigns/googlemolang

AyosDito.ph speaks for itself

the online shopping community has been going around for years now and it provides us comfort to find items with just one click of the mouse. similar shopping sites mostly require sign-up and since it goes global, it might be hard to arrange for the delivery of the items you bought online. if you have something to sell, there's a lot of processes to finish posting your item.

but a new site has made all these problems easier. no sign up needed, you can post your ads easily, and best of all, it's free! www.AyosDito.ph may be the newest online marketplace in the Philippines where you could find the best deals for a wanted item. with customized selection of ads, you don't even have to worry about the delivery problem for you may find your personal gift just within your region! for example, i am looking at the CALABARZON area where i was living, i just have to find my region "CALABARZON" and i will be directed to the marketplace all from CALABARZON.

you can also be very specific with items you want to buy. clothing would be the best seller for both sexes and you can have the results easily. there could have been quite a number of results but with the search bar for your assistance, it wouldn't be a problem.

as i've said, posting ads isn't so much of a problem. if you have services or products which you want to sell, they have the proper Terms and Conditions. and since this is from the Philippines, the sellers and buyers you can encounter are all Filipinos. communication is no boundary here.
