Godzilla VS Kong Movie review

In the next chapter of the Monsterverse, two titans Godzilla and Kong battle for supremacy and the people of the earth were caught in the balance. After Godzilla defeated its extraterrestrial nemeses, he starts his reign of terror and the people need someone for help. Legendary Picture and Warner Bros Pictures bring Godzilla Vs Kong in our screens.
When we expected a massive fight, they delivered. I think this was just the highlight of the whole movie. I'm not much of a Godzilla or Kong fan but I think the storyline involving humans were better left off. The deaf kid was more of an essential character than of Millie Bobby Brown and others.

Plus they gave Godzilla and Kong feelings, yes compassion and anger, towards humans and each other. It also introduced us into a new world where the both may have come from, somehow magical and amazing with lots of more monsters.

We can also say that the real enemy here is the humans, specifically Apex, who was in a special science project down to the core of the earth for personal gains. They also created a huge Mechagodzilla which could have been awesome however it was short-lived.

Somehow I'd like to give the credit if this was seen in IMAX or any big screen. It could have been a better experience.

GODZILLA: KING OF MONSTERS movie review

Long live the King! Godzilla is a massive mythical adventure in the modern world. Setting the human drama aside, the titanic fights can stand on its own.

For Millie Bobby Brown's first big screen movie, Godzilla: King of Monsters could unite fans of the strange and old, as this movie combines mythological and ancient creatures. Godzilla whom we thought was a threat to mankind turned out to be a "friend" for the humans. Warner Bros. introduced massive and amazing creatures: the Rodan, Mothra and the fiercest three-headed Ghidora, all fighting for supremacy on the world and its resources. As I've said, you can eliminate the human element which should be to blame in the release of the monsters. I didn't even notice Zhang Ziyi was included in this movie! Felt bad too for Ken Watanabe's fate on this. 😔

There are also some Easter eggs to watch out and it will be very exciting to see the big beasts in one epic and massive battle.

Godzilla: King of Monsters is now showing in theaters and it is better seen on IMAX 3D. Distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.

GODZILLA movie review

it's been a long time since i get to see monster creatures in the movies. in this latest production of Godzilla, i was refreshed to see gigantic creatures fighting and smashing little cities and killing thousands. by far improved and somehow this interest me about the monster.
a part of me takes a little pride in watching Godzilla. we raised the monster, i mean it was raised here in the Philippines. look out for many mentions of the country within the movie and surprisingly didn't damage much of our natural resources, haha! Aaron Taylor-Johnson in the lead role somehow moved forward to the scene with his new looks.
as the movie refreshed my thoughts on Godzilla's enemies, i remember watching Japanese flicks such as Ultraman with giant creatures fighting against each other, while one is saving the humans. that's what i didn't know about Godzilla, and that it has a superpower of emitting blue flames to kill the enemy.

overall it is a good movie and leaves you thinking if there's part 2. i don't know. let's hope that Aaron's character and Godzilla would be friends? hehe

Godzilla is showing today in cinemas. distributed by Warner Bros. Philippines, also seen on IMAX.
