Iggy who informed us about it. A stranger I found online which I finally met. He wants us to shout his blog as "T'rugoman" para hindi naman daw magtunog bastos. He introduced me to a couple of people,
Cathie,
Joriben,
Paulo and
EO which I got along during the day. Being a first-timer on events like this, hindi ko talaga alam how will I approach other bloggers. Age is no limit. Akala ko talaga young adults will invade this event. Pero professionals, teens, etc. Everybody is there. (Lamunan ba naman e, papalampasin mo ba yan? Hahaha...)
Entrance pa lang, food and freebies na! Catering services at the TriNoma Cinema Lobby kung saan nagkaroon din ng little presentation about TriNoma and the event itself. Most were
curious about the name TriNoma until the presentation said: "Triangle at the North of Metro Manila." I also got Hershey's chocolates and TriNoma stuff.
The Congregation of the Pink PeopleNapunta ako sa Pink group. Buti nalang Cathie and I will be buddies for the rest of the day. We got off last from the Cinema lobby after some briefings from our facilitators.
Food critic na ba ako?First stop, 2nd level. Cabalen, Crustasia, La Maison and Zong are the place to be. Too bad closed ang Crustasia and Zong for that day. Ewan ko lang kung bakit. Lechon, sisig, sinigang ang mga pinatikim sa Cabalen. Ribs from La Maison are the best sobra! Although merong mga sauces prepared for the ribs, I ate it ng ganun lang. Masarap, ayos sa pagkaka-marinade.
Going up to third level is Abe, Haiku, Hossein's Persian Kebab are the restos we've tried. Hossein has a very interesting interior. Persian na Persian ang dating na wala si Xerxes. They served us beef kebab, pita bread and some dressings na kung pagsama-samahin mo silang lahat, you have the eternal SHAWARMA! Pero masarap ang kamatis a.
With a little time left because we have to catch up for the program at the top floor by 6pm, we have to rush with the pika-pikas from TGIFriday's, Italianni's, Fish & Co and Bubba Gump. Nagsawa ako sa fish fillet talaga. Iba-iba lang ang sauce.
Bubba Gump served pasta and moving on, we get to Holy Cow! Finally some dessert! I was craving for some sweets. I love the cakes, lalo na ang cheesecake. At paglipat namin sa katabing Cyma, whoa! Main Course! Alam mo yung busog ka na sa mga kinain mo pero isipin mo nalang na libre kasi kaya kelangan patulan. Hahaha.
Eating halted (at least for a while)Program muna. Pwede naman daw balikan after the show. So may raffle and mini-concert from Sound na ang vocalist ay kamukha ni Ely Buendia. I didn't have that much luck sa raffles at laking gulat ko nalang nung tinawag ang pangalan ko for a TriNoma notepad. Ok na rin naman yun, maganda naman notepad nila at may kasamang another notepad from SuperBowl of China na hindi naman gumagana ang ballpen. Hahaha...
Gained new friends and the experience was great. Sana meron ulit next time. Kala ko maiimpatso ako pero hinde! Hahaha...
