Initially launched in 2022, Galing DITO returned this year with a focus on showcasing Filipino excellence by spotlighting emerging talents from diverse cultural backgrounds. The campaign featured an impressive lineup of artists, including Grace Palicas, a tattoo artist from Cordillera; Nhoda Muñoz, a miniature artist from Pampanga; Cid Cempron, a blacksmith from Central Visayas; Joneil Severino, a leaf artist from Eastern Visayas; Nurainie Ampatuan, a fashion designer from Bangsamoro; and Bea Vega, a surfer from Siargao.
This year’s movement is headlined by the fast-rising Pinoy pop boy group Alamat, known for their multilingual songs and members coming from different regions in the Philippines. They performed the official “Ang Galing DITO” music video, further elevating the campaign's message.
DITO Telecommunity is committed to creating new opportunities and platforms to further showcase and celebrate Filipino excellence through inspiring campaigns. For more details about DITO, check out @DITOphofficial on Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok or visit https://dito.ph/.
