THIRST-days at LA Buddies

Thursdays or even if we usher in weekends will be better with favorite food items at LA Buddies Kitchen & Grill in Riverside Blvd near Ortigas Extension in Pasig City.

Formerly Chug Bistro and the brainchild of best friends, they have been catering to different walks of life around them. It just opened this year in its new location, two floors and with one air-conditioned KTV room. This space can accommodate more guests that would like to enjoy their best sellers.

One of which is their Panalo Pancit -- more generous than the usual miki-bihon pansit that we love, includes pork, seafood, and vegetables. A small serving can actually feed 10 people. It's actually "panalo" because you'll never lose on the taste.

They also serve other inuman favorites which you can start off with their nachos topped with flavorful ground beef, salsa and cheese. The nachos are very crispy and I can finish the whole thing.

They also have the unique crispy isaw that's already flavorful even without their own concoction of vinegar dip. A new take for me on the humble isaw that's crispy outside and chewy inside.

If you want something to go with rice, you have to try the Crispy Pork Binagoongan and White Chicken with 3 Sauce and their Tilapia Butterfly.
