Budoy hails from a family of well-known Maniego doctors in the industry whose father, (Tirso Cruz III) is opposed to marry a commoner (Zsazsa Padilla). two were not blessed with a child until Tirso was forced to do an artificial procedure for conception. IVF procedure was successful but complications happen as their child grows up.
