starting to get fit for Subic

we are starting the journey to Subic as we give promote healthy lifestyle for every Juan beginning this weekend, September 6, 7 and 8. this weekend will surely be a way to have a healthy and strong body adopting to daily activities, a powerful mind and soul and of course, fun. all activities below are just 3 of the 24 disciplines that is served at the Subic Fitness Festival on November 15-17, SBMA.

on September 6, Mr. Reijo Del Prado, Mr. Philippines 2008, will challenge fitness buffs to break their records through functional fitness training in Circuit Warz. exercises include routines that qualify people to Gladiator Circuit Battle, Enduro-Challenge and Strong Man Competition. this features speed-repetition, speed-endurance and power weight exercises.

dancing the way on Saturday with an Urban Street Dance Workout with the SFF crew will surely be a fun way to shed off unwanted weight as we dance to the groove with urban music. bring your family and friends to this session on September 7.

for a powerful mind and soul, International Meta Coach Ms. Imee Navarro will teach individuals how to unleash their greatest potentials. on September 8, 2013, learn to express your power with neuro-linguistic programming, self-contemplation, and meditation techniques. move within your mind and experience results physically and mentally, through the guidance of EQ Academy with Soul Fitness.
