Ateneo Celadon will hold the 2013 Spring Film Festival to welcome the year of the Water Snake at the Shangri-la Cineplex, Shangri-la Plaza, Mandaluyong City.

movies will be played with English subtitles. plus, a photo exhibit will hold on February 1-10 and a cultural workshop culminates the event on February 10, 2-5PM.
