research won't be too hard for everyone in these times where technology is already at your fingertips. the Philippine eLib consists of Filipiniana information from its 5 members namely, the National Library of the Philippines, Commission on Higher Education, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Agriculture and the University of the Philippines. the online resource provides page-by-page digitized items so you don't have to skim through dusty archives to get copies and then later photocopy it.registration is needed to access the materials. and if you are a member of the partner agencies, you can access the site without any restriction. you can also download the materials by using prepaid cards that can be bought from the the partner agencies for now and soon to be distributed to schools and universities.
there are 5 classifications of members that can access the Philippine eLib. of which type granting access to the collection from the eLib.
