HOLY WEDNESDAY 2013

a clear sky and it was a fine weather at Marikina. on the 4th day of Holy Week, we are starting to decorate the cart carrying the images for procession. the scene commemorates how Jesus Christ invited Phillip and Nathaniel to become his disciples.

a very systematic organization from the Our Lady of the Abandoned Parish in Marikina on how to queue all carts of religious images. and before they exit the church to parade on the streets, the commentator narrates stories behind every character.

a two-hour walk or longer is combined with fervent prayer with family or your friends. the Holy Week is a time of reflection and taking the soul into peace.
